These morons didn't even try to talk to…
These morons didn't even try to talk to me and just left me a canned response after waiting more than 15 minutes. They did not resolve my issue and honestly Palmetto has some good deals but their customer service is trash!

Second request to cancel. No one seems care, no one answers the phone (on hold for 20 minutes twice today) no one answers the "chat" box, that states to use for "fastest response" no less. Tried that several times on multiple occasions. My case number is 01197374 submitted on 9/6 (15 days after placing order with no updates or shipping, web site states up to 10 days to ship). It has been 9 days since then with no response (message says usually 1 day but may be up to 3 days to respond) When I try to call I am placed on forever hold and again, why push the chat option if it is ignored. They have already charged my credit card for something they never shipped and can't seem to provide an update for. I chose a pre-approved FFL from their list, I don't understand how this is acceptable or how their message can even say they care about their customers.

Daniel was very helpful in getting my issue resolved.

fter having made multiple purchases before without any complications, this time I never received the order that was sent to my house through UPS.
When calling palmetto they told me that ups rejected the claim because I was ups choice and therefore no one would be responsible for the loss of the package.
The package was sent without a signature required, that is, it does not matter if I was a Ups Choice member, the package would be left at the door of my house anyway!
customer service, apart from waiting 45 minutes to be attended, they have no empathy with customers, they are rude and practically leave you talking alone and block the call. This is the worst experience I have ever had!
the policies implemented by palmetto are in such a way that they do not pretend to protect the clients and only protect the company.!

So I ordered 2 jakl uppers and parts…
So I ordered 2 jakl uppers and parts kits to go with them and one of the parts kits were missing the trigger assembly and once I contacted them with in 15 minutes they had me 1 sent out! Truly amazing customer service and very helpful I've ordered from them for years now and this is the first and only mistake and honestly as fast as they acted I'm completely impressed and grateful for this kind of service from a company and I will continue to use them!

False advertisement. Purchased a bundle on their site. Package finally arrived missing a scope. Spent hours trying to get issue resolved only to be kept on hold for 30 min each time. False promises and additional run around. BUYER BEWARE. They should be shut down as they knowingly continue these fraudulent practices as you can see from hundreds of similar reviews.

In reply to your reply, no one has still ever contacted me. An official complained has been filed with SC consumer protection agency as well as others. Your patterns of complaints clearly shows a theme of doing the same to numerous other clients knowingly.

Good service. Daniel was straightforward and answered my questions directly. It did take some time to get in touch with someone but being able to live chat with someone was worth the wait and alleviated my concerns about delivery. Thanks Daniel

Bought a rifle, it was defective (charging handle could not be removed). I was instructed to return the upper ... I did ... then no communication. A week later I called and was then told I had to return the rest of the rifle ... I did reluctantly, and was told they received it and processed my return/ replacement. It has been 3 weeks now and they haven't shipped the replacement!!!! Calls go unanswered, chat doesn't get a response ...Worst customer service EVER!!! In the meantime the price went down $20 and no credit either. Couldn't be more disappointed!!!
